raz lateral support pad (2006)

I was employed by Raz Design Inc. for a four-month internship between my third and fourth years of the industrial design program at Carleton, and subsequently on a full time contract following graduation. In this design position, my responsibilities have focused on the Raz Rehab Shower Commode.

My contribution to the development of the Raz products ranged from brainstorming sessions, initial sketches and physical models, to poured prototypes and user testing, through to the final release of 3D CAD models to the tool maker for production of the molds to be used in final production of the parts. This position has given me a wide scope of experience in the field of medical product design.
